ACHA Clinic Directory Update - 2023 Data (Click here ONLY if you or your ACHD Program has never submitted a Clinic Directory Application)

The Adult Congenital Heart Association (ACHA) is in the process of collecting 2023 data to update the online ACHA ACHD Clinic Directory. All ACHD programs are invited to participate.  To assure that the information about your ACHD program on the ACHA website is current, please submit this data via the Open Water Database Program application (https://acha.secure-platform.com/a/solicitations/5/home)
